ReSharper Doesn't Work with SQLCLR Projects

After opening a SQLCLR project base types are no longer recognized. A lot of things are flagged as invalid. I worked on this project not too long ago and did not have this problem.

VS2017 is at 15.7. I upgraded to the latest release of ReSharper when it came out.

SSDT is at the latest version.

Disabling ReSharper clears things up.
