New Install Visual Studio 2010 & Resharper Errors on Razor pages

I cannot find any way to fix this. Suspending Resharper and resuming does not fix it. Clearing Resharper cache does not fix it. 

I had to build a new work PC yesterday. I installed VS2010 (because we build MVC3 apps here) and installed Resharper Ultimate 2018.1. I pulled a project down from GIT that I've been working on for the past several weeks on my old PC without any issues. On my Razor pages, this is what I see. It cannot make any sense of certain things like Ling Any() and asks to add a missing reference. This should not happen.
