Unaddressed bug report regarding Unit Tests

I reported this bug regarding a unit test issue 4 months ago, and I have not received any kind of response.  It doesn't seem like any one has even looked at it yet.  It is *really* starting to cause problems for me, as unit tests come up "inconclusive" almost every time I try to run them.  It is significantly impacting my productivity.

I'm posting this here to add some community pressure to address this bug, and even more importantly, find out why no one from JetBrains seems to have even looked at it yet, after 4 months.  This lack of responsive support is unacceptable.
