Replicating R# Settings to new PC

I cannot get R# settings to properly replicate on a new PC. Old PC was Win 7, Visual Studio 2017 V 15.6.6, and ReSharper 2017.3.3

 

We use a team shared settings file for R# settings for our solution.  My old computer flags no error items in the application, but flags error items on the new Win 10 machine, running the same Visual Studio & R# version.  Other developers running Windows 10 don't see any error items.  I have exported global, team shared, and personal settings from the old machine and imported them into the new machine just to make sure.  I've uninstalled, deleted JetBrain's APPDATA folder, and reinstalled, and I still have this same issue.  What could I be missing that is causing just this 1 new Win 10 PC to flag additional error items?
