Unity Support for ReSharper Ultimate 2018.1

Until recently, I was running ReSharper Ultimate 2017.2 along with the wonderful Unity Support extension. For some reason, I decided to upgrade to ReSharper Ultimate 2018.1 without first checking to see that Unity Support was available for it.

I see now, that the most recent build of Unity Support works with 2017.3, but it doesn't show up in the 2018.1 Extension Manager list.

Are there plans for releasing an update to Unity Support soon, or should I figure out how to downgrade ReSharper Ultimate to 2017.3?
