Custom Tool Bar Buttons - Missing Inspect Code Issues in Solution Command

Trying to add a tool bar button to VS17 that will allow me to `Inspect code issues in the solution` (Like off the Resharper Menu). The only command that is available in the Toolbar editor to add a new button is `Inspect This`, but nothing for the entire solution.

Is their something I'm missing to allow me to have  something like this?
