Different conventions for naming of "local" and "local const" problem
We have different naming standard for local and local const variables.
I made a const local rule, but now ReSharp complains about naming of non-const variables.
What am I doing wrong?

The square mark next to a specifier checkbox means "Don't care". You need to change it to a check mark for the "const local variable" rule.
