Build result warning output differs from solution wide analysis output

Hello there,

we are currently facing some (in our opinion) strange behaviour:

We are using a team shared Resharper settings file.

Our solution wide analysis shows no errors or warnings, there are no squiggle Lines to indicate the warning in the Texteditor

While Inspecting InspectCode.exe results on our Build System, we mentioned that the generated warnings file contains ~200 issues we did not find earlier. We tried to locate them and found out that InspectCode.exe finds the buildwarnings, which solution wide analysis did not find.

Where does this behavior come from? Is there some setting we forget to configure?

Is there any chance to  "sync" the result from InspectCode/Build warning and the swa ?
