Debugger Visualizers have been disabled. No more magnifying glass

I am using R# 2017.3.5. I noticed today that none of the debugger visualizers magnifying glass are showing anymore. This seems to have happened in one of the latest releases and I am going to guess it's when the new debugger features were introduced. I would like to know if this is happening with others or just me. I filed a bug for it in You Track.
Even the dataset visualizer doesn't show up for a dataset object. When I suspend R#, the magnifying glass for the different visualizers I have show up. When I resume, they disappear.

I disabled the options under Tools -> Debugger but no change. I thought the VS tooltips override is causing this but toggling it has no effect. The suspend/resume is making the visualizers show up and not show up.

Is this a new expected behavior or a bug?
