Code complete failing

Using VS2017, Resharper Ultimate.

• In a VB.NET procedure type Try, press enter and the try/catch is generated without a Catch clause. Closing VS completely then re-open try/catch works.
• In VB.NET code type else, press tab, Else is not auto-indented, closing VS, reopen, no change in behavior
• In C# or VB.NET in a If statement there are times when class level or local variables are not recognized, close VS, reopen, no change in behavior.
