ETA on next EAP?

It's been a few weeks since the last one.  There are quite a few of my reported items that have been fixed that I wouldn't mind checking out.  Any news on when the next build might be out?

Also is the version dropdown on youtrack meant to show versions that aren't available yet such as the EAP 3?  It's been doing that since before EAP 2 was available.

Finally how do we verify that a bug is fixed in youtrack?
