XAML tag code surrounding not working when resharper is on (WPF)

When I select some tags and press ctrl+K+S and choose tag all selected will disappear and the <Grid></Grid> take place (the default value)

but when I suspend the ReSharper it works fine.

and it's also OK when I use the mouse to select (double-click) the "tag" snippet (there is a problem when I press Enter key)

what is the problem with ReSharper?

How can I fix it and keep the ReSharper on?
