Ctrl R + Ctrl O is not working in VS2017 with Resharper

Resharper is working normally with the default short keys like Ctrl T to search, but when it comes to Ctrl R + Ctrl O I am getting this error on the Visual Studio

I went to Visual Studio -> Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Keyboard -> Reset

Then ReSharper -> Options -> Environment -> Keyboard&Menus (on the bottom there is a Manage button -> Reset All, then Options again to jump to Keyboard&Menus and I have picked both options on Keyboard Shorcuts -> Visual Studio and Resharper 2.x or IntelliJ DEA and the shortcut is not working for Moving a type to another folder

Any ideas of how to have all the resharper options on VS2017? I am using Resharper 7.2.2
