After being disabled, will R# consumes any resource ?

I am using VS 2017, and i want to disable/suspend R# in my next project

May i ask, after being disabled in Option Menu, will R# consumes any resource ? Is there any part of it still running ? And will VS be restored exactly to the config before R# is installed ?
