Unit Test windows are not available
Hello.
My setup is:
Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2017
Version 15.6.0
VisualStudio.15.Release/15.6.0+27428.1
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 4.7.02046
Installed Version: Enterprise
JetBrains ReSharper Ultimate 2017.3.3 Build 111.0.20180302.65130
ReSharper 2017.3.20180302.70613
I've noticed that the menu options to open the unit test explorer, and unit test sessions, has vanished from the Resharper menu in VS. Even when I press the shortcut keys to open those winodws, nothing happens.
I tried editing the menu commands in VS so that I added the unit test explorer menu icon to the main VS menu, but that icon is shown as disabled. When I click on it, nothing happens.
This is very strange - it seems like the unit test functionality of r# is disabled or something.
