Cannot get Double Shift working with VS 2017 Preview and ReSharper 2018.1

Hi,

Generally RS shortcuts working, but I got used to DoubleShift with webstorm and Rider and it is really affecting my productivity when I do not have this shortcut...

Any ideas? Sticky keys are disabled. I've tried on Win10 and VM with Win10 (fresh install of VS and RS) and that's the same.

I will appreciate any help
