TODO color not appearing in Visual Studio 2017 (VS2017)

Hey, I'm setting the ReSharper TODO colors via VS's Fonts and Colors config, and I'm using the standard R# TODO regexps (I think), but they're not showing up in VS. Instead I just get the normal comment colors. I'm using R# Ultimate.

Help?
