Resharper Test Output not changing when test re-run

We have one PC at work (only one) where running a unit test populates the output panel (correctly); but subsequent runs of that test do not change the output panel. The bar above the output panel saying "running" etc "xxx passed" or "xxx failed" updates. 

He is using Resharper Ultimate 10.

Where is the output stored? Maybe a file permissions error?
