tests disappeared - test-cases are missing for selected test error

I just got done migrating an mvc app to .net core 2.  I converted all of the tests from ms tests to nunit.  When I try to run the unit tests I get the following and the tests come back as inconclusive.  What is going on and what can I do?

@Geoff, do you have all those packages referenced in the test project https://github.com/nunit/docs/wiki/.NET-Core-and-.NET-Standard?
