Losing keyboard shortcuts repeatedly in Visual Studio 2026

When I open Visual Studio, sometimes my Resharper keyboard shortcuts like CTRL-, CTRL-t are working, and sometimes, I'm getting the built-in Visual Studio code search. I go to Extensions > Resharper > Options, Choose None for a scheme, Apply Scheme, then choose Visual Studio, and Apply Scheme, then Save. I hit CTRL-SHIFT-t and I select to use Resharper commands always. Then I hit CTRl-SHIFT-t again and it looks like it worked. I hit CTRL-, or CTRL-t and I get the Visual Studio box again, not Resharper's box.
