unable to install Resharper C++
I can’t get ReSharper C++ installed. I’ve tried JetBrains Toolbox and also Extensions → Manage Extensions in Visual Studio, but nothing works.
Once again, I’ll probably end up wasting the whole day trying to install ReSharper and then have to do everything manually in the end.

Why do you think ReSharper isn't installed? Can you access ReSharper options via Tools → Options → ReSharper?
As per the first screenshot you shared, you have several actions that are coming from ReSharper: e.g. “Refactor This..”, “Find Usages Advanced”.
