Delay in Launching Monitoring Application with dotCover

We have observed a performance issue while launching our monitoring application through dotCover.

• Normal launch time (without dotCover): ~3 seconds
• Launch time with dotCover (2020.1.4): ~8+ seconds

This additional delay significantly impacts our workflow, especially since we need to frequently restart the monitoring application during our testing.

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch monitoring application normally → starts in ~3s.
  2. Launch the same application with dotCover enabled → takes ~8s or more
