How to get rid of notification "Reharper: JetBrains licenses required your attention"
Hi, I did purchase a license from the “AI Assistance” but I've decided to abandon using it for two reason, it get keep disconnecting despite doing nothing at all and I'm not impressed with the result/integration with visual studio (something the suggestion is on top of another suggestion and it's virtually impossible to see/click on anything.
My question is how to get rid of the message "Reharper: JetBrains licenses required your attention", that message keep popup over and over and over non-stop. Is there a way to just disabled it!

You can either remove the AI assistant from the installer or simply disable it `ReSharper | Options | Environment | Products & Features'
Hello,
Before the disabling AI Assistant, could you please be so kind to help us to troubleshoot the problems you've experienced? Could you please also let us know ReSharper version you are using? How does the disconnection issue looks like?
Alexander Ulitin Thanks, I did remove options but that seems to do the trick!

Hi, the “usual” connect again. I don't see why I get disconnect and why this happen all the time.
I've never “log out”
I've never changed my password
I do use multiple Visual Studio instance (not sure if this is relevant).

Thank you for the reply. Could you please let me know what happens if you press “Log in with JetBrains Account”?
It works. Without having to enter any username or password. So it has all the information but keep disconnecting me. Why it doesn't automatically connect?
We'd gladly investigate the problem. Could you please collect a log for us by following the steps:
