Can't run unit test due to settings loading error

My PC crashed while running some unit tests for unrelated reasons and since then whenever I try to run some I get the following error.
I tried reinstalling ReSharper as well as deleting the folders in AppData, but it didn't help. Any ideas?

Please try deleting %LocalAppData%\NUnit\Nunit30Settings.xml file and check the issue once again.
