Unable to install Resharper due to SSL/TLS error

I am unable to download Resharper.
On one box, I was able to download "JetBrains.ReSharperUltimate.2016.1.2.web" and then it would not connect to server.
Log file had following information....Please suggest workaround.

The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

Hello Agile,
Please download the full ReSharper Ultimate installer https://www.jetbrains.com/resharper/download/ and run it. Such installer has all binaries inside so it does not need to download anything from the Internet.

I should have mentioned that I tried this link as well but it shows "connecting to secure site....", "establishing connection..." etc but then nothing happens. No error log etc.
I think my chrome and IE is not able to connect to JB server at all.
Please contact your network administrators to download the full installer from JetBrains site.
