custom naming-conventions

I want to edit the naming-conventions for local variables. The only convention should be, that the first letter is lowercase. The following letters/formatting should be random. How to do that?

x_XxXxX   -> for example this case is not possible to convent.

In the given adjustments only these capabilities are given:
x_xxxxxx
x_XXXX
