Unit Test Runner failed to run tests. Config file already exists.

HI

I get the following when I run tests now. If I delete the file mentioned, the tests run ok the first time, but fail on the 2nd run.

May be related to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-452583
