Corrupt installer Full VS9.0 ReSharper 3.1 Build 581

Hello. The installer for the latest nightly build (581) of the full edition of ReSharper 3.1 for VS9.0 seems to be corrupt. I downloaded it twice and each time it says that there was an error reading the msi file almost near the end of the installation.

I tried installing the C# edition only but the same problem.
