Resharper Ultimate 2016.1.2 versy slow in Visual Studio 2015 Update 2

It is lagging when I am typing and when I am debugging.
I am on Surface Pro 3, 512GB SSD, 128GB Free. 8GB RAM.

Turning off visual studio's solution analysis seems to have greatly improved my day to day this week.
