"Remove unused directives..." doesn't work, and more issues

I'm running:

• Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015 Version 14.0.25123.00 Update 2
• ReSharper Ultimate 2016.1.2 Build 105.0.20160522.80219
  ReSharper 2016.1.20160523.141907
• Win 10 Pro

Problem:
Among several things, the functionality to remove unused "usings" doesn't work, the R# bulb is there, but also the VS bulb, even if the setting for hiding this is set (Options > Code Inspection > Settings > Visual Studio integration).

There is also a problem with Intellisens and before I re-installed VS and R# Visual Studio couldn't resolve variables.
