Casting double to decimal

When trying to put some code like

I got the error saying that "Cannot cast expression of type 'double' to type 'decimal'. Actually we can do that. Please see http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/csref/html/vclrfexplicitnumericconversionstable.asp for more information
