Can't type some chars in Html View

this was a nasty bug that has already been fixed in build 78 (will be
available soon).
As a workaround you can disable automatic insertion of brackets in Tools |
Options | ReSharper.

Is it possible to indicate somehow (probably in announcement forum) when new build is expected?

It's not easy in fact. We release a new build as soon as 2 conditions are
met:

1. The current internal build adds some real functionality comparing to the
last released build. For example, it usually makes no sense to release a new
build in a couple of hours after previous one.
2. The current build is stable enough (from our point of view).

The latter condition is quite difficult to predict.
