Problems with tooltips

Hello,

Many of us have noticed that some of the tooltip windows remain shown even
when the completion form is already hidden.
Moreover, I've noticed two different issues with it.

The first one:
1) Create a new C# console application using standard VS.NET wizard.

2) Type "Console." in the body of Main method. When I do so I immediately
get completion form shown. Also I noticed that something (a tooltip?) blinks
near the "Error" member. Can you remove this flicker?

3) After a small pause the real tooltip of "Error" member is displayed.

4) Now try to click mouse somewhere below the word "Console". The completion
list will be changed to "no suggestions", however the tooltip remains
visible.

The second one:
Do steps 1--3.

4') Click somewhere above the word "Console". The completion form and the
tooltip will vanish. Right after that try to hover a mouse over a place,
where the word "Error" was displayed in the completion form. The tooltip
will appear again.

Regards.

I've had this problem with build 85 as well - the tooltips wind up taking over the screen. Is there a workaround? I've been closing visual studio to reset the madness.

I see that the bug for this was changed from open to fixed today. Any chance
we'll see build 87 in the next day or so? This is a really annoying problem
and I've had to turn off resharper for now.

I found something that works for me that does not require shutting down VS, but it does require two monitors. If the tooltip doesn't go away then move VS to the second monitor. Next bring up another app over the tooltip area and the tooltip should go away.
