Extract Method && Strongly Typed Datasets

There was a buig in Extract Method which caused it sometimes to enter into
infinite loop. It should be fixed in #88. Please use the latest build.

Ok, I've embraced my fears and tried it. Working fine on first few attempts.
FYI these are Deklarit generated data adapters/datasets.
