Missing Key Bindings after devenv /setup

you can restore ReSharper default shortcuts by using 'Set Shortcuts' button
(in ReSharper->Options->General).

Everytime I run devenv /setup the keybindings get overwritten. Is there a
way you guys can keep this from happening? I do a lot of VSIP and Add-in
development, and this gets very annoying.
