Removing Backup Files...

this is a bug in the installer that it displays 'Removing backup files...'
for a long time. In fact,
at this stage it integrates ReSharper help into the MSDN help collection.
We'll fix this confusing message,
but I'm afraid that the overall installation time can hardly be reduced,
since integrating help collections
is a time-consuming operation.

Exactly how many backup files does the ReSharper installation have? It
takes forever during this part of the install. Any ideas what's going
on?
