Hi, do I have to uninstall Resharper 1.5 (VS 2003) before installing 2.0 (VS 2005)? Can 1.5 for VS 2003 and 2.0 for VS 2005 installed at the same time?
My question also...I purchased ReSharper for VS2003, but I also have VS2005 Beta2. They currently play well together, but I have sorely missed ReSharper in VS2005, and am eager to try out 2.0(build 201) with it.
I installed build 201 at my office (new computer, with only VS2005 B2 on it) and ran into a couple of warnings from the import settings step (I'll post about those separately), but here at home I have (clearly) a different situation...both VS2003 and VS2005 need to coexist for a while, and I am loathe (read: scared) to uninstall a product I've paid for in order to install an EAP version.
While I watched the install of the 2005 version at the office, and the default directories are for 2005; is a side-by-side installation one that you have tested? IOW, I'd like some assurance that when I open VS2003, I get the version (1.5.1) that I paid for, and when I open VS2005B2, I get the build 201 version of 2.0 EAP.
I hope my expectations are not deemed unreasonable.

Thanks for Your feedback. I'm not sure about co-existence of R#1.5 and 2.0 (we will check it), but You may be sure that R# 2.0 for VS2003 and VS2005 co-exist pretty well (I have both of them installed an my PC)

It says I have to uninstall 1.5 if I install 2.0 on VS 2003. Nothing about
VS 2005 or how 1.5 (VS2003) with 2.0 (VS2005) coexists.

Thanks for Your feedback. I'm not sure about co-existence of R#1.5 and 2.0
(we will check it), but You may be sure that R# 2.0 for VS2003 and VS2005
co-exist pretty well (I have both of them installed an my PC)
