Request: "Refactor this" keystroke

Hello Paul,

One of your competitors has a nice feature where, instead of having a
different keystroke for every refactoring, they have a "Refactor this"
keypress, which brings up a pop-up menu of all the valid refactorings
available at the current cursor location (or with the current
selection). I think this would be quite useful, and intiutive for
people to learn and use. I don't think it should replace existing
mechanisms in Resharper, but I think it would make a nice addition.

This is an excellent idea, IMO.
