Go to declaration goes to Object Browser instead of source code (R# 204)
This happens when a solution with multiple projects is loaded and there are
no project references (projects references the output of others projects).
Pressing CTRL+B displays the member in the object browser instead of the
source code from other project. R# 165 correctly relates references with
loaded source code.

Hello Ariel,
project references which point to the output of the projects need special
support
that was done in 1.5 but has not been implemented in 2.0 yet.

I hope this is planned for implementation in the nearest future, as this
issue prevents me from fully using and testing version 2.0 with my
solutions.
