Go to declaration goes to Object Browser instead of source code (R# 204)

project references which point to the output of the projects need special
support
that was done in 1.5 but has not been implemented in 2.0 yet.

This happens when a solution with multiple projects is loaded and
there are no project references (projects references the output of
others projects). Pressing CTRL+B displays the member in the object
browser instead of the source code from other project. R# 165
correctly relates references with loaded source code.

I hope this is planned for implementation in the nearest future, as this
issue prevents me from fully using and testing version 2.0 with my
solutions.
