About the exceptions in VS & error submission

I'm using VS 2003 with resharpe 206.
I've registered myself for the submission of erros when exception
arises
during the use ov resharper.
The first time I tried all went fine, but now every time I try to
submit a
new
one I receive a messagebo (see attached jpeg) ... how can I solve it!!
