Order by type & Visiblity?

This feature has been asked many times and I think we will implement it in
the near future. The difficulty with it is that it needs to be configured
to match user's needs.

Is it possible to have the format code also order by types &
visibilities?

- public methods
- private methods
- public properties
- constructors
And put everything in its own region?
