Fixed font in Unit runner and Copy/Paste

Hello,

1.) The unit runner Output window uses a proportional font. This makes it
impossible to find string differences pointed to by

-

^

Furthermore multiple blanks are compressed to one blank.

And, no, the diff view is not enough, I want to see the string difference in
the output pane ;)

2.) I would like to copy the content of the unit runner output pane to the
clipboard and paste it back to a code window. I know I can drag'n drop it,
but I like to use the keyboard.

Sincerely,
Stefan Lieser
