Error when submitting exceptions

I get the ReSharper exception submission dialog, hit Submit and get this.
It's been happening for months.

What a coincidence... I was about to post the exact same problem. I've tried once every few months, but it's never worked.

Jeff,

Error submitting exception to ITN:
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad

In most cases this error indicates wrong ITN or Proxy password. Please, try
retype all settings.

Yeah, mine was a proxy issue too. Interesting, because I don't need the proxy to browse the web, so I deactivated it in my browser.

Just an FYI, I've noticed that 210 doesn't remember the password very well. I simply have to retype my password each time.
