Big problems with Nullable types build 210

Please could you post a sample piece of code which causes these errors?

After uninstall 209 and install 210
I open my project where 209 throws exceptions on nullable types and simple
generics and see that 210 does it too
I submit this exceptions to your tracker

So I think this problem have to be correct at first, because generics is
greate thing in development

Ohh, I found ways to reproduce -- this happens with simple examples like

class a
{
int? b = 4;
}

in Project for mobile devices,
so, if you create new project for Pocket PC and crete class as above you
get exception
