I guess it's a matter of what you prefer to bind your clicks to...
Maybe the general request should be:
Please allow me to bind resharper commands (like the Refactor This command)
to mouse operations...
For example, the middle mouse button (which is omnipresent) is hardly
used... Or Ctrl-Dblclick, Ctrl-RightClick etc... Or whatever :)
Another question, have you considered implementing Gestures? Does VS allow
you such fine control over mouse input?

VS doesn't allow any control over mouse input, but we can use Windows hooks
for that (in fact we are already
doing this for other purposes). Though I would definitely like abstain from
this practice, as they are too intrusive and
have some performance implications.

Hello Amir,
if I understand this request correctly, you propose to assign Refactor This
to a mouse
shortcut such as right button double click. For me, Refactor This does not
seem to be so frequent
an action to deserve a separate mouse shortcut. I'd be quite happy if it
is available from the context menu.

Refactor this is a summary of all the things that can be done from the
Refactoring submenu. It is a very frequent operation for me to open the
Refactoring context menu and then I often look up and down (yes,
ineffective) to find what I need.
A shortcut to the refactoring summary (this) would save me quite a lot of
time...

may be in such a case we should think about providing an option to bind any
ReSharper feature to a mouse
shortcut (as you mentioned elsewhere). It would be fine if VS itself had
such an ability, but it doesn't. In my
opinion, providing a separate configuration dialog or some other UI for this
in ReSharper (as well as in any other
VS add-in) is cumbersome. Though if many users would like it, we'll have
to consider this.

Although I don't personally use them, it seems that 'mouse gestures' are
a popular input method using a mouse lately. I have never seen a mouse driver
that allows gestures to be programmed in detail and not to just replicate
basic keystrokes - they are normally tied to common windowing tasks - seems
to me that this could be either a plug-in to resharper, or better still another
project that allows all sorts of mouse gestures to be programmed to basic
key-combinations.
