Problem in Find Usages results window

I am getting a problem when opening the find usages window the tab-bar is not drawing properly and the previous background shows through.

Along with that - none of the R# panes have any icons, do not remember their positions and if one is docked when you close VS it gets very confused when it starts up again. I think these are old issues - just making sure they are kept current!
