is the code behind page visible via the ReSharper's Go To File feature?

I am still finding Resharper (214) slow to pickup on files.

I am working on a Master Page and am struggling to get Resharper to
recognise the code behind page. I have saved the code behind, closed
it, re-opened it, etc and it is still not being recognised.

It would be really handy to have a function within Resharper so that I
can force Resharper to recognise the page.

Yes, but when I go to it, it brings up a completely different file in
Miscellaneous Files, not the one from the project.

Could you please post a screenshot showing your project and
the problematic file how it is visible in Go To File (that is, invoke
Go To File, narrow list so that the file is visible and press PrintScreen).
