Tracker Request # 14126 & # 14376

Hello.

From some time the # 14126 exception is occuruing every time VS starting.
After that any use of intellisense drops with #14376 exception. Resharper
reinstallation doesn't help, so the cleaning of the caches. Could you please
help me to resolve this problem (may be with actions description), until
the fixed version comes, since it renders the work with resharper completely
impossible.
