Both 216 and the new 217 are exhibiting bug #17153

Both 216 and the new 217 are exhibiting bug #17153 when loading my solutions.

Is there anything I can do to get around this problem as this issue is making both 216 and 217 impossible to use as intellisense is not working and devenv.exe uses > 50% permanently with error appearing in the status bar.

I notice this has been fixed in 218, is this build going to come out soon? Please!
