"Close all but this"

Hello Erwin,

please try to disable ReSharper, reset all settings (Tools|Import and Export
Settings), then enable ReSharper again.

Since a few days I'm missing the "Close all but this" menu-item on the
tab context menu.

The strange thing is that I'm only missing it on tabs that R#
processes: aspx and cs files. On the "object browser", "start page"
and "source control explorer" tabs it's still there. Can this have to
do with R# (and its many install and uninstall sessions). Is there a
way to fix it?
